Yes, they get paid and technically, you don’t have to go out of your way, but if your goal is to build a motivated and loyal team, recognising and appreciating the efforts of your team is an unskippable aspect of delegation. Acknowledging their contributions not only boosts their confidence but also creates a positive work environment. Celebrate successes, whether it's a job well done on a small task or the successful completion of a major project.

Expressing gratitude can be as simple as a verbal acknowledgment, a thank-you email, or even a public shout-out during a team meeting. Such gestures make your team feel valued and encourage them to take on future challenges with enthusiasm.
