Decluttering your schedule

Section 2 : Redefine productivity

40%

We often confuse productivity with doing as much as possible, but being busy all day doesn’t necessarily mean you’ve been productive. True productivity means accomplishing what matters most within a defined time frame. Decluttering your schedule therefore means challenging the idea that busyness equals success. Sometimes, the most productive thing you can do is step back, think, or even rest.

Instead of measuring your day by how many tasks you’ve completed, measure it by the impact of what you’ve accomplished. Shift your focus from quantity to quality, prioritising tasks that move you closer to your long-term goals.
