Greetings Zimbabwean entrepreneurs,
We often come across this advice, but what does it really mean for us as business owners or potential business owners? It's undeniable that making money is a primary goal-it's the essence of why we're in business..
So why the emphasis on not prioritizing it upfront? What else should we be focused on, and why? Though it might seem controversial or unsettling at first glance, the statement couldn't ring truer. Establishing a solid foundation beforehand makes generating revenue later down the line much more feasible. Prioritizing our vision helps us gain clarity, realize our intended business direction, and the path we aim to tread. This, in turn, shields us from distractions, ensuring we stay true to the core reasons why we embarked on this particular business journey in the first place.

ATLAS Western Regional Series

  The ATLAS Venture Series helps you develop your full potential as an entrepreneur in Zimbabwe. Designed with a special focus on women and young people, the program begins with regional competitions and workshops that help founders overcome the obstacles that are holding them back from success.
Through local outreach, we engage entrepreneurs who have ideas for practical and achievable ventures. This culminates in Western and Eastern Regional events and a National Finals competition. Participants undergo personal and professional leadership development, acquiring the skills needed to establish or expand businesses, fostering innovation, and driving change within their companies and communities.
The 1st round of the ATLAS Venture Series will be held on 19-21 April 2024 for the western provinces of Zimbabwe (Byo, Mat North, Mat South, Masvingo & Midlands). The 2nd round of the ATLAS Venture Series will be held 16-18 August 2024 for the eastern provinces of Zimbabwe (Harare, Manicaland, Mash Central, Mash East & Mash West).
A selection Committee reviews all applications and eligible candidates are shortlisted and notified by phone and/or email if selected for an award. The National Finals Competition Round will be held in November 2024, culminating with investment captial being awarded to the winners. Look for updates on our website, www.zimatlas.com.
