But other than these obvious ones, one that we all can relate to is so “I don’t have to deal with people I don’t want to deal with.” It ranks a bit low on the list of reasons, but it does cross our minds. As we all know though, being a business owner doesn’t exempt us from having to interact with people who are difficult. There comes a point where you are pursuing a certain client or contract, for example, or you need to collaborate with a challenging client or partner, and it forces you to find a way to work with them. It is just unavoidable. ATLAS will be hosting regional competitions for entreprenuers from the Eastern region who want to overcome the obstacles that are holding them back from success. Participants recieve professional leadership development training, acquiring the skills needed to establish or expand their businesses and drive change within their companies and communities.

ATLAS Western Region Competition was held on 19-21 April 2024 for participants from Byo, Mat North, Mat South, Masvingo & Midlands

ATLAS Eastern Region Competition for participants from Harare, Manicaland, Mash Central, Mash East & Mash West will be announced soon.

ATLAS National Finalists Competition will be held in November 2024
