2025 ATLAS poster Competition

This year’s ATLAS Ventures Poster Competition is a national celebration of youth creativity, innovation and entrepreneurial thinking. Taking place as part of the ELISA Business Summit in Hwange on 18 November 2025, the competition invites young Zimbabweans aged 16-25 to imagine a future where African businesses reach beyond borders and express those ideas through powerful visual storytelling.

Under the theme “Business Beyond Borders”, participants are challenged to create original posters that explore how African enterprises can break through local, regional or global boundaries. Whether you’re inspired by cross-border trade, digital business models, climate-smart entrepreneurship or community-driven enterprise, this is your chance to showcase your vision and creativity on a national platform.

The competition is hosted under the Enterprise Leaders and Innovators Society for Africa (ELISA), a flagship initiative of the International Center for Professional Development (ICPD) that is reimagining how African entrepreneurship is nurtured, celebrated and scaled. Through ELISA, young people gain access to training, mentorship and global networks designed to equip them with the tools to lead Africa’s economic revival.

Posters can be hand-drawn, painted or digitally created, as long as they are submitted in PDF format designed for A1 size (59.4cm x 84.1cm). If you paint or draw your poster, simply scan or take a clear photo of your work. A selection committee will review all entries and semi-finalists will be invited to the ELISA Business Summit in Hwange for a two-day experience of learning, networking and competition.

Top entries will be awarded cash prizes:
1st Prize: USD $750
2nd Prize: USD $500
3rd Prize: USD $250

But all semi-finalists will walk away with something greater: national exposure, peer connections, professional development and a front-row seat to Africa’s next era of innovation.
